Hi, I have superposed two molecules in VMD and
now I find that it is difficult to rotate them. When I try
to rotate them they seem to rotate around an axis
that is far away rather than around themselves.
It seems that one of the extremes of the molecules
is fixed. Is there a way to get out of this mode?
thanks, Marcela
