Has anyone written a script to color residues by certain properties?
Although Section 5.2.10 of the manual suggests a way to do this by
overriding a coloring category, one seems to have no control on the
color scales. I also noticed that color values greater than 17 did not
give new colors in the latest version of vmd--or maybe I missed
something here?
