Hi,

I would like to use the command line options of VMD. It works fine for
loading PDB + PSF etc., but I fail to load PDB + DCD (DCD in
X-Plor/CHARMm format not loaded). It works fine from inside the program.
I tested version 1.4 and 1.5b1 on Linux.

By the way: When I use the help option, the text window opens and closes
immediately. I think it would be better to give the output to the xterm.
