        Yes. In fact, simultaneaous display is the default behavior
when more than 1 structure is loaded.

        Start VMD, open the 'Molecule' dialog box. Press 'Load Files'.
Load a desired structure. Repeat 19 more times.

        All 20 strctures will be superimposed. You can manage their
appearance with the 'Graphics' dialog box, and select whether they are
displayed/hidden and active/inactive with the 'Molecule' dialog box.

        As with all things VMD, this can be automated with a short TCL script.
