Description: SARF is a free program which searches for similar structural motifs in protein structures via an analysis of backbone fragments. If the two proteins are in the PDB then the program can also be run directly from the website. Otherwise it has to be downloaded to your local machine. PLATFORM : SGI or DEC computer; If the two proteins are in the PDB then it can be run directly from any computer having a web browser. |
