VMD Graphical User Interface

VMD uses an XForms based menuing environment to generate an intuitive graphical interface. Popup menus, sticky forms, and Hot keys make the interface modern and more useful to end users. VMD users can customize the GUI through simple commands accessible in the scripting language. Below, one of the primary VMD forms is shown along side the display window and the scripting console.
