On Wednesday, July 10 at 9:00 pm in the Opera Rehearsal Room, Krannert
Center, we will have our Dancing Illini July general meeting. After 1 hour
of regular dance practice, we'll turn the music off and the meeting will
convene.
The agenda is as follows:
1. Election for co-secretary, co-competition chairpersons and
co-public relations chairperson:
Our nominees are:
Emily Bergner for co-secretary,
Jehan Tsai and Joyce Lee for co-competition chairpersons, and
we are still looking for nominees for co-public relations chairperson.
2. Officer reports.
3. Vote on an update to our Bylaws.
4. Vote on a summer budget.
Pizza and soda will be provided afterwards, in the lounge.
