Hi all,
The Dancing Illini is having our annual 4th of July Picnic. It
will start around 2 p.m. in Hessel Park in Champaign (southeast corner).
We will have free food (hamburgers, hot dogs, and salads) and drinks.
Feel free to bring anything else you like (such as desserts). Around 7
p.m. we will head over to Stadium Terrace to see Captain Rat and the Blind
Rivits, and then the fireworks after dusk. Finally, we will go to
Jarling's Custard Cup for a late night snack. To join us, please RSVP to
me at dryoung@uiuc.edu. If you are not sure what yuou are going to do on
the 4th and decide to come to the picnic, that's fine too. We will have
plenty of food. Please feel free to bring your non-dance friends too.
