Annealing stepin QwikMD of VMD

Dear All,
I prepared the MD files byAdvance run in QwikMD of VMD. In the window of
Advanced run, it is written the number of steps in Annealing is 144000,
while in the Annealing.conf file there is a line "set nSteps 600". I was
wondering what is the right number of steps in Annealing? Do I need to make
any changes?
