Check out nvtop for GPU stats, I built on my AWS EC2 P3 RHEL instances for
GROMACS/NAMD/VMD and RELION 3.
My notes are below. You will need cmake version 3.x. I used RHEL 7, but
this is easy to do for Ubuntu.
