The following precompiled binary platforms should support replicas:

   Linux-x86_64-netlrts (Multi-copy algorithms)
   MacOSX-x86_64-netlrts (Multi-copy algorithms)
   Win64-MPI (Windows HPC Server)

Note that the number of processes must be a multiple of the number of
replicas.
