AW: Only one process running on cluster

Hi amin,

well actually there's no problem. The multicore version uses a shared memory parallelism that don't start multiple processes. Instead it's using all cores you told with the +p8 with threads what shows up as 800% for the only one process.

If your problem is, that you want to run all 32 Cores on one node, you need to specify +p32. And if you want to run multiple nodes, you need a namd build with network support.

If that doesn't help, please explain more detailed.

Norman Geist.
