Yes and no. The NAMD 2.8 CUDA implementation isn't compatible with smp or
multicore builds (unless you only run one thread), so the Win32 version
will have to wait until I fix this using the new threading model in CUDA
4.0, which I'm planning to do for NAMD 2.9. I actually have a build of
Win64-MPI (Windows HPC Server) with CUDA, but CUDA 4.0RC2 was the only
version that gets along with the compilers on the build box and I haven't
gotten to test it on a Win64 machine with a GPU yet. Anyone with a Win64
cluster who wants to try a binary please let me know.
