Every replica is reporting this error message:
errpipe 4: Reason: FATAL ERROR: ERROR(S) IN THE CONFIGURATION FILE
If you look in the individual replica log files you'll see one or more
lines starting with "ERROR:" and the specific problem. (Unfortunately
these are not copied to stderr like the final error message is.)
