constraint constant in equilibration

Hi,
   When I do equilibration for the protein and lipid system, I constrain the CA of protein and P of the lipid by using same the constraint constant, but the result is not good: the lipid will move too much from the original sites; I choose to increase the constraint constant of P of lipid,the result is not good aslo. I don't know how to equilibrate the system successfully.
