Hi Sean,
Yeah the v8 compilers really have "problems". We have had their
"engineers" out at the lab for quite sometime teaching us about the
"updates" to their compilers.
A quick and fairly painless test would be to compile from scratch the tcl
library. If that doesn't work then go "down" to the gcc compilers and see
if they can compile the tcl library.
