Dear everyone;

My question is not directly related with NAMD.

I wonder what is the order of magnitude of typical
binding free energies for protein complexes such as
enzyme - inhibitor or antibody antigen?

Is there anybody who has an opinion about it?
For example an experimental result or a paper that I
could find a table in it...
