What the result difference between AMD and Intel CPUS?

Hi,all:
   Can anyone who has experience tell me the result difference of the same MD simulation of AMD or Intel CPUs.
   And if I use mixed AMD and Intel CPU to do the simulation ,does the result is realialbe? Thanks.
