NAMD 2.12 Volta Compatibility

All,

Looking into purchasing new hardware including V100 GPUs. Does NAMD 2.12
support the Nvidia Volta architecture yet? I have run namd using the
environment variable CUDA_FORCE_PTX_JIT=1 to test for the PTX kernel
version and it did run successfully. If I conducted the test correctly
this leads me to believe that NAMD will be compatible with the V100
GPU's. Also, does current or future versions of NAMD support the NVLink2
communication?
