Hi Hassan,

I am wondering if the following instructions may solve the compilation problems:
http://www.dkvermalinux.in/2011/04/how-to-install-namd-in-linux.html

Please let us know if it works. I plan to try it myself soon, and I
may not be the only one.

You probably need to rerun and specify --charm-base and --charm-arch to your particular subdirectory and charm++ build. There are additional options for fftw and tcl path information that you will also need to specify.

However when I want to build NAMD (line 517 notes.txt) I am getting the same ERROR that "command not found". I am just following the instructions. I would really appreciate it if you could help me.
