Re: problem compiling NAMD

Dear Hassan,

It sounds like the NAMD make files don't have the correct path information to your Charm++ library.

When you go into the NAMD base directory and run ./config, you sill see a list of options used to generate correct path information to the makefiles. You probably need to rerun and specify --charm-base and --charm-arch to your particular subdirectory and charm++ build. There are additional options for fftw and tcl path information that you will also need to specify.

Best regards,
Dave

However when I want to build NAMD (line 517 notes.txt) I am getting the same ERROR that "command not found". I am just following the instructions. I would really appreciate it if you could help me.
