i am trying to study the interaction between a tubulin dimer and a taxol
molecule(paclitaxel)
i am finding dificulty in finding the topology and parameter files for as
taxol is a completely new molecule and the tutorial on parameterizing a
novel residue was for a product of two amino acids
i am new to namd and molecular modelling so any sort of help would be
appreciable..
