problem namd2-MPICH

Dear all
I am trying to run namd 2 on MPICH
I start with mpdboot -n 10,
with mpdtrace show 10 nodes
when i try to run namd: mpiexec -np 40 namd2 name.conf > name.log &
the log file show:
