Although our 8-week dance classes have ended, the Dancing Illini will
continue to offer classes, practice sessions, social events, and workshops
through the end of the semester and into the Spring. Right now, we'd like
to invite you to continue learning how to dance with the Dancing Illini.
Below, you'll find a list of 4-week classes that start this week. Pick
the courses you want, and write them in your class schedule now, before
you forget!

Dancing Illini Dance Courses, Late Fall 1997

Basic International Tango (4 weeks)
Date: Mondays, November 3 thru Nov. 24
Time: 8:15 - 9:15pm
Cost: $15 for students/faculty/staff
(includes $5 membership dues)
$20 for non-students/faculty/staff
(includes $10 registered participant fees)
$10 for existing DI members and registered participants
Location: Room 310 Freer Hall
Instructor: Bruce Leasure
Prerequisites: Any Dancing Illini Beginner Class or equivalent experience.
NO previous tango experience or partner necessary.

Introduction to West Coast Swing and Night Club 2-step (4 weeks)
Date: Tuesdays, November 4 thru Nov. 25
Time: 6:00 - 7:30pm
Cost: $15 for students/faculty/staff

Prerequisites: None. Come as you are, NO partner or dance experience

will be a fast paced course. No partner necessary.
