We will hold our weekly practice on Wednesday, April 2 at 9:30-11:00pm in
the Regent Ballroom, Savoy. After some dance practice, we'll turn the
music off at 10pm and the April general meeting will convene. Free pizza
and soda will be provided during the meeting. Then the music goes back
on. Class flyers, calendars, T-shirts and videos will be available.
The meeting agenda is as follows:
1. Officer reports.
2. Discuss and vote on brief amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws.
3. Open nominations for Spring Semester Officer Elections
4. 1997 Intercollegiate Social and the combination Social/ DI
Graduation Dance (highlight any last minute organizational needs)
5. Overview of Summer-related DI preparations
a) Instructors: update the club about our range of options and
arrange opportunties for potential instructors-in-training
b) pre-lim budget implications
c) status of space requests
d) Summer workshop preliminary preparations.
