Eighth Annual Dancing Illini Invitational
October 26th, 1996

Hi dancers,

On Friday October 25, a number of student dancers from other
schools will be arriving for our pre-comp dance party and Saturday's
competition. If you can house a few student dancers on Friday night,
please let us know as soon as possible. Nothing is necessary except a
bathroom and some floor space. What we need to know-- basically where
you live and how many people you can house. Again, please let us know ASAP.

On Saturday October 26 we'd also like to ask for your help to make
the day run smoothly. Some of the jobs we need help with include:

Running the registration table
Playing security guard at the doors
Miscellaneous
People to toady to the Competition Chairs (ok just kidding)

To help out, please pick some time slots and email me back.
The Waltz, the Foxtrot, the Quickstep and the Tango are in the morning.
The Cha-Cha, Rumba, Salsa and Swing/Jive are from before lunch till
