I hope your finals are going well.
I'd like to ask a favor of you: Pat Bolen, a friend of ours who
dances at the Regent, works at a local nursing home called the Carle
Arbours. Pat asked if we would assemble a number of couples to dance a
variety of quick demos for the Carle Arbours residents on May 17. That
week is National Nursing Home Week, and she told me that the residents
would truly appreciate watching us dance for them. Skill level doesn't
matter, and you don't need routines or anything special.
If you can spare a little time on a Friday afternoon after finals are
over, please help to put some smiles on the faces of these seniors.
