*CUATSALSA FALL II CLASSES STARTING THIS MONDAY & TUESDAY!*
Beginner, Intermediate I & II, Advanced Salsa, and Merengue/Bacahata!!!

*Beginner Salsa Class
*Mondays, 7:00 - 8:15PM
October 17 – November 14
This class is for those of you who are new to the dance, or for those who
want a refresher course. This class will focus on the principles of leading
and following, basic steps and turns, and cross-body leads. We will also
teach Merengue & Bachata!
*Intermediate I Salsa Class
*Mondays, 5:30 – 6:45PM
October 17 – November 14
This class is for people who have taken any beginners class before and want
to develop their dancing. We will build on the basic steps and turns, adding
new steps, moves, and combinations.

*Intermediate II Salsa Class
*Tuesdays, 6:15 – 7:30PM
October 18 – November 15
This class is for people who have danced at the intermediate level before
and would like to work on longer combinations building a repertoire of more
complex moves. We build on Intermediate I material and introduce moves that
are the cornerstones for more advanced moves.

*Advanced Salsa Class
*Tuesdays, 7:45 – 9:00PM
October 18 – November 15
Advanced moves, turns, combinations, and footwork!
Prerequisite: being very comfortable at the intermediate level.

*Merengue/Bachata Class ***BACK BY DEMAND!***
**Mondays, 8:30 – 9:45PM
October 17 – November 14
This class will start with teaching the basics of Merengue and Bachata and
quickly move into more advanced moves, and will also incorporate some body
isolation techniques. No prior dance experience is required.* *
*Note*: We have not offered this class in the past 2 years and it is back by
demand!
It is a great specialty class if you would like to take your beginner level
Merengue/Bachata dancing to more intermediate/advanced level. There will be
body isolation techniques included to work on Latin body movements!!! *Don't
miss it!!!!*

*Place*: all classes are held at the McKinley Church Basement (corner of 5th
and John) in Champaign. **
*Entry*: from the basement patio door on the corner of 5th and John Str.
Each session (5 classes in total) is $30.
No partner is required.
