water permeation through nanotube in lipid bilayer

Dear all,
i am calculating water permeation through nanotube which is embedded in
lipid bilayer . using flow.tcl i got results as

The net flow is 80.5 water molecules along -z
for the permeation.tcl script enter

The total number of permeation events during 1001 frames in +z direction
is: 0
The total number of permeation events during 1001 frames in -z direction
is: 0

i have changed limit as below for my channel length

# Specify the upper and lower boundaries of the nanotube layer
set upperEnd 17
set lowerEnd -17

total length of channel is 34

I can see water flow through channel using VMD so why it enter zero ?

Any advice
