startup phase 1 for benchmark

Dear all,

We tried NAMD 2.9 STMV benchmark on different nodes of our HPC facility.
On the one node 'Startup phase 1' took about 70 x more time than on
majority of other nodes. What can cause such behavior, i.e. what NAMD
actually 'do' during startup phase 1. Thanks
