Hello,
I am Flora Chettiar, pursuing my M.Sc Bioinformatics (2012-2014) from
University of Mumbai.
I am trying to apply Molecular Dynamic Simulation for my dissertation work.
For this I am using VMD NAMD. The structure used is modelled using
SwissModel.
But while processing in the command prompt, I am getting error:
1) Error parsing the config file (line 2 in config file).
and sometimes
2) Error on request socket
Please help me to solve this error.
