Dear all,
Has anybody perhaps already written a package to import DCD files into
Mathematica <http://www.wolfram.com/mathematica/>? I only found the matlab
package <http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Development/MDTools/matdcd/> and of course
the "reference" C
implementation<http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/plugins/doxygen/dcdplugin_8c-source.html>.
I already asked<http://mathematica.stackexchange.com/questions/4095/import-dcd-charmm-namd-binary-trajectory-file>
the
Mathematica community, but it doesn't hurt to ask here as well.
