install NAMD 2.8 v

Dear All, I want to install NAMD 2.8 v. for  ubuntu 10.04 (  arch Linux- i686, 32-bit, NVIDIA ) , but I couldn't find the right version from the link below to install. Which is the suitable version for my system ? Can I run namd2 with four processor for my system  ? http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Development/Download/download.cgi?PackageName=NAMD Thanks for the help.
