Hi Arvind,
Did you try to re-install it? There may have been some libraries that have
been moved around?
Did you compile it yourself, or did you use a binary from the website?
Regards,
Jesper

Subject: namd-l: Segmentation Faults on Mac OS X Lion
Hello all,
I recently upgraded my Mac OS from 10.6 to 10.7, and namd no longer runs
without crashing. Any call to namd2 results in an instant segfault with no
generated output. The problem occurs regardless of the number of cores used
in the run, and namd is the only process that segfaults on the new OS for
me. Are there any known workarounds to this problem, or is the current
version of namd simply incompatible with Lion?
Thanks,
Arvind Kannan
