can RHDO crystal shape works in NAMD

Hello everyone,

     I want to switch my simulation from CHARMM to NAMD. The first problem is whether a RHDO crystal shape performs well in NAMD, since NAMD normally do a box or sphere?
     Someone reported to do a rotation of the y-axis for the RHDO, so that it can work in NAMD. Has anyone tried this kind of tricks?

     Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
