I have some questions about the heat diffusion calculation in the
NAMD tutorial (page 53).

I just wonder
1) What's the meaning of 0.0146. If it's (pi/R)^2, the answer should be (pi/22)^2=0.0204
2) 0.25*exp(-0.25...)+1/9*exp(-1/9...)+1/16*exp(-1/16...)...But it should be 0.25*exp(-4...)+1/9*exp(-9...)+1/16*exp(-16...)...
