restarting simulation

Hi All
I want to restart my simulation (CNT in water). in previous run, it runs to 345000 steps. and it's rmsd showed that the system was not stable. for restarting, I changed my conf file, but when i want to load conf file, it is not be load and it's parameters not be showed in NAMDgui window. please see my conf file and say me my problems in it.
or send to me an usefull conf file for this.
