Dear all,
I have two questions:
1) I download the NAMD_2.7b1_Linux-x86_64, however when I use" ./namd2" in NAMD_2.7b1_Linux-x86_64, there is an error:"Segmentation fault". Could anyone tell me why it happens? My cpu and system is:" x86_64 , SUSE linux", By the way, others try this verson on other cpu, there is no such error.
2) I planed to compile the source code because of the above error. However, I can not compile the Charmm, I use the "./build charm++ mpi-linux --no-shared -O -DCMK_OPTIMIZE=1 -I/home/gongxj/Documents/LamSet/mpich1.2.7SetUp/include -L/home/gongxj/Documents/LamSet/mpich1.2.7SetUp/lib -lmpich -lpthread" .
