Hello NAMD users,

I am new to the namd program, sorry if I'm asking a trivial question,
but I really cannot find out the answer after searching throughout the
website, mailing list and internet,

In the output *.log file, in the minimization steps, there are some
lines like the following

BRACKET: 0.000768 133974 -3.27375e+06 1.47662e+06 3.35817e+08
PRESSURE: 12 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
GPRESSURE: 12 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
ENERGY: 12 907.9736 1065.9696 264.1648
37.9172 -19056.0096 1263.3621 68.5621
0.0000 0.0000 -15448.0602 0.0000
-15448.0602 -15448.0602 0.0000

What do the numbers after BRACKET actually mean?
I guess they are some parameters for restarting the conjugate gradient
algorithm, can anybody tell me what they exactly are?

Thanks a lot,
Lei
