Good to know that works. I don't remember what's the difference of that
binary I compiled with what Jim has on the official NAMD web site.
The one on the link was compiled with VC 6.
The newer one I put at:
http://charm.cs.uiuc.edu/~gzheng/namd2-win.tgz
was compiled with Visual Studio Express 2005 (the free distribution).
