Warning in namd output file

Dear all,

I am getting the following warning when I run NAMD to do some MD after
a few steps. for the initial minimization and for the first 10000
steps or so, I didn't see this warning.

Warning: Residue 1 out of order in segment WAT1, lookup for additional
residues in this segment disabled.

What does this warning mean?
