Hi Dan,

This might not be suited for a lot of the simulations
that people might want to run because there is
no communication between machines. When Vijay
Pande's group does folding stuff, they are running
many many simulations that are all relatively short
so that one computer can do a single or most of a
single run. I don't know whether this would be useful
for someone doing one large, long simulation like the
Schulten group often does.
