Re: running NAMD2 in parallel

I dont use NFS, so I have to create first the same directory where i
have my inputs in every node (only the folder, it is not necesary to
copy the files). When I dont do that, a "Cannot propagate this
current directory" error is evocked. I know, is not the most elegant
way to do it, nevertheless it works. If someone knows wich is the
problem IN MY CASE, please let me know.
