Calculating forces

Hi All,

My system consists of two protein segments being pushed apart due to
the electrostatic repulsions between the charged residues on both
chains. I wish to calculate the force by which one chain 'pushes' the
other. Please suggest a suitable way to do this. Is the pairInteraction
functionality a good way to calculate such forces? What is the unit of
force in the output file of the pairInteraction run?
