I'm trying to add new DNA to existing DNA
using psfgen. In one case it says exceeds
maximum number of bonds, so I am I supposed
to remove atoms first before adding new
bonds or remove a terminal? If so, how/what
do I do?
I another case, it added the backbone and bases,
but the geometry is completely wrong. I used
the patch PURG, PYRT, ..etc. How do I get the
geometry to be helical and the bases to be
planar and bind?
