hbonds output!!!

Hi everyone
 
I am running the hbonds command in VMD to a trajectory file and I do not understand the output generated by the
process. I expect to obtain a text document which I could graph using xmgrace. However the file format is not in
columns and the numbers are placed between {}. If anyone can help me with this I will apreciate it!
