Understanding NAMD performance data

Hi,

We are trying to collect NAMD performance data .

NAMD prints the line containing "Info: Benchmark time" after a few
hundred steps
in the beginning and it prints this info again towards the end of the test .
Which one should we take as the mesurement of performance ?
