I saw a really cool animation of water going through the aquaporin at the
NAMD workshop. Does anyone know where I could get the .psf and .dcd files
to show people in my lab? I'm doing a presentation tomorrow on vmd.

Nope,
vmdtext is just an alias that you shouls create,
in cshrc you add to your .cshrc:
 alias vmdtext 'vmd -dispdev text'
in bash, you aff to your .bashrc:
alias vmdtext='vmd -dispdev text'
Hope this helps,
Ludwig
