Dear all:
I am trying to do simulations in which system is fixed in the Z
dimension(coupled to 1 bar but the compressibility in Z axis is 0) and allow XY
dimensions to couple to 1 bar with compressibility of 4.5e-5 bar-1. So, does
anyone know how to set different pressure compressibility for different axis in
NAMD? Thank you.
