NAMD Friends,
I have a molecules with two segments A and B up on the VMD screen. I want to select one of them say A (which i can do) and then rotate it about one of its atom and then want to save it back again. Can anyone help me in rotating A about a particular atom. I am kind of new to this, so bit more in details will help me a lot.
